- A refundable FJD 200 security bond may be requested for longer stays; returned within 3 days of check-out after inspection.

- Cancel 7–13 days before — 50% refund of your deposit.
- Cancel within 7 days — deposit is non-refundable (we'll try to re-book and refund what we can).
- Flight cancelled or delayed? Message us — we'll do our best to move your dates.

- We meet you at the apartment for a quick handover of keys and Wi-Fi-free essentials.
- Airport pickup can be arranged in advance — just tick the taxi box when you book.
- Fresh linen, towels and a starter kit (soap, tea, coffee) are ready when you arrive.
- Anything you need during your stay — WhatsApp us anytime.
